Hi, I’m Xiomara! I’m a REALTOR®️ with eXp Z Real Estate, serving Ann Arbor, Detroit, Novi, Troy, and the surrounding areas.

I got into real estate because I want to help people have access to homeownership and start a new chapter in their lives. I know buying a home can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time buyers, and I want to make the process easier to understand.

As a newer REALTOR®️, I’m focused on working hard, listening to my clients, and being someone they can count on. I’m patient, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to advocating for my clients throughout the process.

I primarily work with first-time homebuyers and investors. I speak both English and Spanish and can communicate, advocate, and negotiate in Spanish.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy weight lifting, cooking, and portrait photography. I also love visiting Michigan’s lakes and orchards in the fall.

My goal is simple: to support my clients, work hard for them, and help make their journey toward homeownership a little less overwhelming.
